Talofa Project

This project has come a long way! We started working on a full renovation of a 100 year old farmhouse set on 25 acres in Talofa to transform and bring life back to this old house!

First steps in restoring this old house was removing all of the old, rotten, termite damaged, and unusable timber. Next, we had to jack the floor up where it had sunk over the last 118 years. At the worst spot we had to jack the house up 115 mm - nearly a millimetre for every year since it was built! We then replaced all the stumps that had rotted out. Now that we have a sturdy and level foundation we can continue working our way up!
